Core

Build a solid supple mid-section when you attend our Core class. Work on a powerful, stable abdomen and lower back to improve your posture, support your fitness, and provide a strong foundation for your active life.

Core class consists of four areas of focus:
1- Core STRETCHING (relaxed core)
2- Core STRENGTH (static exercises)
3- Core DYNAMICS (dynamic exercises)
4- Core CIRCUITS (mixture of static & dynamic exercises

This class is suitable for all abilities, whether youíre just starting on your fitness journey or youíre a seasoned gym junkie.
