Our two infared saunas are proving extremely popular for mind and muscle relaxation and stress relief.
Warm up first by having a workout to open the pores of your skin to release perspiration. Then start your first session at 30 mins and increase up to 45mins.
As your body temperature rises by infra red heat, perspiration occurs and blood circulation increases.
The muscles and organs are stimulated and toxic waste (fat, heavy metals and other toxic material) is removed from your body through perspiration.
