I am currently a power lifter with ten years experience in the gym, with three years competing.

I have advanced knowledge in how the body works and adapts to exercise.

• Placed 1st in a novice power lifting competition in 2007
• Placed 1st in a novice power lifting competition in 2008
• Placed 3rd in North Island power lift ing champs in 2008
• Placed 1st in Waikato/Bay of Plenty power lifting champs in 2010

Qualifications: Currently studying with New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness
National Certificate in Fitness (Foundati on Skills, Level 2)
National Certificate in Fitness (Exercise Consultant, Level 3)
Fitness consultant / personal trainer
