My goal in life is to become a motivator, a coach and a friend to all people who strive to adopt a challenging and healthier lifestyle. Not just to get your goals from A to B in the shortest time possible, but to show that once we have reached B, that maintaining and striving for C is far more rewarding and challenging. It doesn’t matter if you’re experienced or a first timer to the gym, if you have a specific goal you want to achieve then I will get you there.

Lifestyle changes that I incorporate into YOUR GOAL setting program:
1) Developing personalised health and fitness plans for your goals.
2) Providing basic verbal nutritional advice and information.
3) Stress management and lifestyle changes.
4) Close monitoring of your personal development.
5) Keeping and maintaining your detailed client records.
6) Provide you with practical feedback and support when needed.

Personal Fitness Experience:
• Fat loss and management
• Strength training and conditioning
• High intensity interval trainings
• NZ Army and Air Force basic training programs
• Martial Arts training

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science (currently studying in 3rd year)
• Diploma in Sport and Recreation Level 5 - WINTEC
• National Certificate in Fitness Level 4 - Tauranga Polytechnic

Experience:
• Fitness trainer at First Place Fitness, Hamilton
• Work experience at Legends Gym in Opotiki
